3x First Prize Winners will receive: A pair of return tickets to fly to New York on Virgin Atlantic. Dates of flights are subject to availability.

The prize will consist of one pair of Virgin Atlantic Economy round trip tickets to New York (JFK or Newark airport) for the named Prize Winner for travel between 16 January 2011 and 14 December 2011 inclusive.

Travel is not permitted between 14 April 2011 and 4 May 2011 or between 15 July 2011 – 15 September 2011 inclusive.

Flights must be booked by 30 September 2011.

Actual dates of travel will be subject to availability at the time of booking. Availability for use of Prize Tickets is limited for each flight. Some flights may already be booked and consequently have no seats available.

This promotion is open to all residents of the UK, aged 18 or over, except for employees of the Virgin Group or any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation of and administration of this promotion or their families.

The Prize Winner must travel on the same flight and on the same date as their companion. If the Prize Winner wishes to travel alone, the companion ticket will be forfeited.

The Prize Tickets are only valid for the VS 001/002/003/004/009/010/017/018/045/046 operated by Virgin Atlantic and are non-transferable to any other airline, including any of Virgin Atlantic's codeshare partners and have no cash value.

Prize Tickets are valid for flights originating from the UK only.

The Prize Winner will be notified by Virgin Atlantic via written notification, confirming details of how to book the prize flights and booking conditions.

No Virgin Atlantic Flying Club miles will be awarded for travel under this competition.

Virgin Atlantic Flying Club miles cannot be redeemed to upgrade this flight.

The Prize Winner and their companion will be entirely responsible for their own accommodation, visa, passport and insurance requirements.

All flights are subject to availability and capacity control: Popular dates (i.e. weekends, school and public holidays) will fill quickly and Virgin Atlantic cannot guarantee availability on some dates. Availability for use of Prize Tickets is limited for each flight. Some flights may already be booked and consequently have no seats available for this competition.

The Prize Winner and their companion will abide by and be subject to Virgin Atlantic's published Conditions of Carriage, which are available from any Virgin Atlantic office. Virgin Atlantic flight schedules are subject to change without notice.

The Prize Tickets are for travel in Economy only and cannot be upgraded to any other class.

Flights can only be booked by contacting Virgin Atlantic in the UK. All flights offered will be on a confirmed basis.

The prize is non-transferable to another family member or any other named person and cannot be sold, bartered or substituted for any other prize.

In event of an infringement of these Terms & Conditions or Virgin Atlantic's Conditions of Carriage by the prize winner or their companion, Virgin Atlantic reserves the right to withdraw the right to further tickets.

If the prize is not redeemed, no alternative tickets will be issued and no compensation will be provided.

Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted. If a booking is cancelled no alternative tickets will be issued and the tickets for that calendar year will be deemed to have been used. For the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.

The Prize Tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or promotional fare mounted by Virgin Atlantic or any third party.

Once the Prize Tickets have been issued Virgin Atlantic shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Virgin Atlantic.

The Prize Winner accepts the prize at their own risk.

No purchase necessary.

Virgin Atlantic reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this competition at any time.

Automated/Bulk entries and entries from third parties will not be entered into the draw and will be disqualified. One entry per person.

There is no alternative prize.

The winners will be notified via email within a week of the competition closing with full details on how to claim their prize.

Winner must reply to claim prize within 5 days of notification otherwise claim becomes void.

There is no cash alternative to the prize.

All winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries by a member of the Pearl & Dean Marketing department.

Winners will be notified by email.

The competition is not open to anyone associated with Pearl & Dean Cinemas Ltd, Silva Screen Records, Virgin Group, affiliated companies or otherwise professionally related to the Promotion.

The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are not properly received due to issues beyond our control. Prizes and/or the Promotion may reasonably vary due to unforeseen circumstances, reasons beyond our control.
